KIRSTEN BEREZAN, A.A.S.

Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer

I was born and raised in Virginia, United States. I have an Associates Degree of Applied Sciences in Business Management from Germanna Community College (Fredericksburg, VA). I also studied Religion and Sociology at the University of Mary Washington (Fredericksburg, VA) before we had our first child. I have held a range of administrative positions for oil energy companies with experience in deliveries, service and HVAC, accounts receivable, office management, accounting, and taxes. I have also completed yoga training and have achieved the equivalent experience of the Yoga Alliance’s E-RYT 500. That means that I have completed the requirements for the 200-hour training and have taught over 500 hours of classes. I received my training from Healing Arts and Yoga Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia and have over 300 hours of additional continued education. This includes certificates for YoKid 20-Hour Basic Kid & Teen Yoga Training and also RPYT training from Surya Chandra Healing Yoga School. My private yoga teaching experience has lent me experience with a range of unique clients including people with amputated limbs, Autism, PTSD, and epilepsy.

Additional qualifications include my adverse life experiences which have forced me to always be thinking ahead, thinking practically, and required me to be able to make & execute plans for achieving goals. From this, I acquired a diligent work ethic. I have also become very skilled at seeing things from other’s perspectives and understanding the underlying emotions.  I have always expressed myself best through writing and reading & language are a passion of mine. I enjoy learning new things in general. As they say, “knowledge is power”.

I have supported myself emotionally, physically, and spiritually throughout most of my life. This has given rise to the belief and passion for empowering others to walk their own path of healing and transcend perceived limitations. When we know that our survival needs are met, other perceived limitations can more easily fade away. Because money is the medium through which we acquire what we need, financial autonomy has become a survival need that also needs to be met if we are to transcend any other perceived limitations. This is the vision behind our mission as Berezan Consulting, LLC.
