Small Business Start-Up Program
When you decide to take your hobby or passion and turn it into a business, there are certain steps that you need to take. We can help you take those steps! During your FREE consultation, we will talk about your business and what is needed for the first steps. Then, after the appropriate forms are completed and submitted, we will have a follow up conversation about what you do now that you are officially a business!
This program includes:
- Preparation (1 hour) and submission of the LLC form (state filing fee = $100*)
- Acquiring EIN (Employer Identification Number) and State Tax Identification Number
- Follow up consultation follow up on next business steps (1 hour)
Price……….$340 + $49 Swyft Filing Fee = $389 Total
* If your state filing fee is more than $100 you will be invoiced for the difference.
Business Ownership Training
Now that you are set up to operate as a business, how do you do it? You may have questions like: What type of business entity should I be? What qualifies as an expense? What is deductible? Does my business own anything that I can depreciate? How do I market myself or my products? How do I keep track of (or maybe even automate) my business finances?
This training package will set you up for success to get your new business up and off the ground! Enjoy one-on-one attention while organizing your new business. After you have had a chance to digest the information, before your training ends, we will meet one last time to answer any follow-up questions and make sure you are ready and on your way to taking your business to the next level!
This package includes:
Part 1 (1 hour): Business management training on the legal documents that validate your company and tax responsibilities of your company
Part 2 (1 hour): Business accounting management- connecting to and using accounting software, review of daily financial responsibilities, and tax reports
Final meeting (30 minutes)

Quickbooks Start-Up Package
Are you ready to organize your business and it’s transactions? Your business bank account should be different from your personal bank account. Linking a business bank account to your accounting software makes the financial side of your business more manageable and less stressful!
This package includes:
- Initial consultation on your Quickbooks needs and advice on which Quickbooks Online subscription would be best for you (included- 30 minutes)
- We can sign you up for Quickbooks through us so you get a 12 month discount on your subscription instead of the 3 month discount as offered by Intuit
- We set up your company in Quickbooks (15 minutes)
- Zoom meeting where you are trained on your actual accounting information: how to invoice, log transactions, customize your own accounts, and run and read basic accounting reports (up to 90 minutes)
